Exclusively on Sony's Playstation 4, City Shrouded In Shadow is a survival disaster video game made by Bandai Namco about a series of monster attacks in Japan. These monsters include Godzilla, Mothra, King Ghidorah, Ultraman, Gamera, and many other notable monsters. It was originally released back in October 19, 2017, but the game was only available in Japan. Just a few hours ago, it was announced that City Shrouded In Shadow will be seeing an international release.
Bandai Namco announced the release date for City Shrouded In Shadow will be released on the Playstation 4 on February 28, 2019. The version of the game will be a Welcome Price Edition which means the price for both physical and digital copies of the game is for $33.50 USD (plus tax). Games that get the Welcome Price Edition are usually ones that are proven to be very successful and a big hit. Even though the source for this info is in Japanese, Welcome Price games do see international releases.
I have heard mixed opinions about this game. I heard that it was good and I heard that the game was not so great and that it was rushed. I have seen game play footage of this game and it looked okay. The graphics in the game could have been better and there were some parts that looked unpolished. It kind of looked like a game that was meant for Playstation 3, but that is just what I think.
I want to know what you guys think. Are you excited that this game is finally getting released? Let me know in the comments what your thoughts are on City Shrouded In Shadow. Make sure to follow me on my Facebook page and Twitter to stay up to date for more news, reviews, and discussions.
